These terms apply to all users, including customers, guests, and anyone accessing our platform or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our service immediately. Our EV rental service is designed to provide eco-friendly transportation solutions across Poland in 2025.

  • You must be at least 21 years old to rent vehicles
  • A valid driver’s license is required for all rentals
  • You accept full responsibility for the rented vehicle
  • All bookings constitute a binding contract

User Obligations

As a user of our electric car rental service, you are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition and adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. You must use the rental vehicle solely for lawful purposes and not engage in any illegal activities. Users are obligated to report any damage or mechanical issues immediately upon discovery. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. You agree to pay all rental fees, fuel charges, and any applicable penalties or fines incurred during your rental period in 2025.

  • Return vehicles with adequate battery charge unless otherwise agreed
  • Report accidents or damage within 24 hours
  • Comply with mileage limitations specified in rental agreement
  • Maintain insurance coverage throughout rental period
  • Not permit unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, logos, and branding associated with our electric vehicle rental platform are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. This includes website design, photographs, descriptions, and promotional materials. Users are granted a limited license to view and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without explicit written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

  • Company logos and trademarks are protected by law
  • Website content cannot be republished without permission
  • Customer photos and testimonials remain company property
  • Rental agreements and terms are confidential documents

Important: Unauthorized use of our brand materials, vehicle images, or platform content may result in legal proceedings and financial penalties.

Limitation of Liability

Our company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our electric vehicle rental service. While we maintain our vehicles to the highest standards, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or vehicle availability. Users assume all risks associated with vehicle operation and assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages. Our liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not responsible for loss of personal property left in rental vehicles.

  • Users bear all operational and mechanical risks

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our electric vehicle rental service at any time, with or without cause. Violations of these terms, illegal activity, non-payment of rental fees, or any conduct deemed harmful to our business may result in immediate termination. Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease, though you remain liable for any outstanding charges or damages. Users may cancel rentals according to the cancellation policy outlined in their rental agreement. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban from our service across all Poland locations.
